Las Ranas is a block (tablon) of the larger farm Finca San Francisco. The cherries that are picked in each tablon at different altitudes are kept separate to make sure the achieved quality in the cup is the best one possible.
This specific coffee contains a good amount of funk and tastes like overripe fruits, caramel and marzipan, with a touch of nuts. Not so fruity as some other coffees might contain, but still clean and fun to drink!
